In the first 3 months after she began taking the Professional Pure Cordyceps Sinensis Capsule, when she had no shortness of breath but simply had her chronic running nose and sneezing, she took 3 pills per dose, 3 times per day. During periods of worsening symptoms, she took 6 pills each dose, 3 times per day. During the worst of her asthmatic attacks, she took 6 pills per dose, 4-6 times per day.

Within 3-6 months: ：her running nose and sneezing had entirely stopped on a daily level, though she might suffer from these symptoms acutely about every 1 month or so when catching a cold.
